Canada Post conducted a survey of 5,000 online shoppers and packaged the insights in a thought leadership report. To drive downloads of the report, we humanized the data by filming a series of shopper interviews.
This storytelling approach gave voice to real people’s opinions, making the facts of the report more credible and more compelling.
A hero video summarized the most essential points of the report in six easy-to-understand takeaways rooted in the consumer’s point of view.
A mix of static and short video content promoted the full-length video and report on the client’s website.
Results
This campaign drove an unprecedented number of report downloads and the videos performed exceptionally well compared to other e-commerce social campaigns for Canada Post.
